These self-powered tags attached to products, packages, and pallets to provide real-time, item-level intelligence, helping global brands digitizing supply chains with new levels of transparency, efficiency, and responsiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Wiliot\u2019s IoT Pixels have been adopted on 22nm FD-SOI platform, incorporating Attopsemi\u2019s I-fuse<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> one-time programmable (OTP) technology. I-fuse<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> delivers ultra-low read voltages \u2013 down to 0.54V \u2013 and is optimized for minimal area and extremely low leakage during operation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very honored to have Wiliot adapting our I-fuse<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> OTP technology in their IoT products.\u00a0 We provided the best features of merits in OTP: small size, low program\/read voltage, low program\/read current, 1,000x reliability, wide temperature operation than any other competing OTP IP,\u201d said Shine Chung, Chairman of Attopsemi. \u201cIn fact, our I-fuse<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> OTP behaves like a TRUE logic device, not a conventional NVM device any more.<\/p>\n<p>Attopsemi\u2019s I-fuse<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> OTPs are based on a pure logic process, making them highly customizable for target markets. They are compatible with a wide range of CMOS technologies \u2013 from 0.6\u00b5m planar to FinFET, GAA and beyond \u2013 including general-purpose (G), low-power (LP), ultra-low-power (ULP), mixed-signal, high-voltage, BCD, and FD-SOI platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Attopsemi\u2019s I-fuse<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is a revolutionary \u201cnon-breaking\u201d fuse technology that can be programmed below thermal runaway and above electro-migration (EM) threshold \u2013 while also solving for OTP testability. On the contrary, the competing OTP technology, either eFuse or anti-fuse, are programmed based on high current or voltage to cause breaking, respectively.
